AI Festival instead of a tech conference
The Challenge: Our goal was to make Artificial Intelligence in retail more accessible and relatable. We aimed to step away from sterile conference rooms and embrace a format that captures the entrepreneurial spirit of RetailxAI. In collaboration with Roland Berger, we transformed the Spielfeld Digital Hub in Berlin into an engaging space for 120 experts and visionaries, prioritizing meaningful exchanges and inspiration over traditional lecturing.
Our Solution: We launched the first RetailxAI Festival, focusing on an unconventional production that intentionally deviates from standard tech events. From strategic flow consulting to the visual branding of the hub, we created environments where technology feels welcoming and approachable.

Digital Communication: We developed tailored assets for social media platforms like LinkedIn to engage the community ahead of the event.
Event Dramaturgy: Our consulting involved crafting a dynamic blend of keynotes, breakout sessions, and panel discussions.
Content Production: We provided comprehensive photo and video coverage to capture key moments, enabling a cross-media recap of the event.
The Result: The festival concept fostered an atmosphere where networking unfolded naturally, with guests mingling over drinks and engaging in deep discussions. The positive feedback we received demonstrates that AI thrives not on a stiff stage, but within a vibrant ecosystem.
